After 17 years on this platform, I have made the decision to completely severe ties with DA and remove my gallery. This decision does not come lightly, nor is it in response to the site's apparent all-in support of AI art. In truth, that is only the final straw that has pushed me into making this choice.
When I began here back in 2006, I didn't expect much. I mean, c'mon, a guy who draws the Sonic girls as sexy robotic slaves, or shoves them into brainwashing latex suits? There's no way such niche kinks would hit home with very many people. Color me shocked when I quickly gained a large amount of followers and fans. Almost every month, I hear people telling me how they discovered my art when they were young and how much it inspired them. And to say that always warms my heart is an understatement. I am truly grateful.
But, I can no longer find the energy to continue supporting this site. AI support, DA points, the horrid site UI, free reign to art thieves, the constant role-players who think they're being cute, it's all become too much for me to handle with the same level of positivity that I used to show. I've been doing this for a long time. I'm old, almost 45 now, and DA has shown me that it's no longer welcoming of people like me.
When your hobby becomes your job, you end up gaining a new perspective on things. You learn that your time is more valuable than you once thought, and that you must make the most of it. I've always been hesitant to leave DA because of the number of followers I've gained on here, as I respect and cherish all of you. But as the old saying goes, "times change, and so must I".
Now before people start panicking, no, I am not giving up on drawing. Far from it. In fact, here are a list of places you can continue to find my works. Please copy-paste the links into your browser, as DA apparently does not like multiple links.

My Patreon, which is now a gateway into my Discord community. It's grown a lot over the years, always active and filled with wonderful people. Not only is it a bustling hub of conversation, but it's also where I tend to show off the most of my works, including works-in-progress and silly doodles that I don't see fit to post publicly.

My FurAffinity page, which is where I post completed works, as well as those that are too adult for sites such as DA. I'm not as active there, but I try to upload things at least once a day.

My Twitter (I am not calling it X), which I seriously need to update more often and will be working on in the near future.
And to those who run DeviantART, I have this to say. I will always remember the good times, but I humbly reject your decisions of trying to turn this place not only into a social media site, but an AI art pedestal. DA has always, in my opinion, been about supporting creators. And AI generated content is NOT art, it will never BE art, and those who sit there and click buttons and claim to be on the same level as people like me will NEVER be considered artists. They are simply people who are looking to get content without having to pay money. And don't bother replying to this to argue why I'm wrong, because I won't be looking at it.
Farewell, DeviantART. It's been an interesting ride, but it's time this old bot gets off.
So, I get a lot of messages asking if I'm open for commissions. And the answer is: Yes. Yes I am. And it's very easy to get one!
-Start by going to the following link: https://forms.gle/Q1pqaZSpc9nuTz4T8
-Read my terms, prices, etc, and then fill one one.
-Wait to receive an invoice from me, then pay it.
-And done!
Also, you can check the status of commissions and where you are on the list by checking out my Trello here: https://trello.com/b/y3iRGF7b/chaoscroc-commissions
So a lot of you have messaged or noted me asking about when/if I'll open for commissions. Thing is, I AM open for them. However, this is also my fault because I forgot to tell you all HOW to get one. I'm super sorry about that, and will fix that right now!
I do commission streams every Saturday and Sunday on Picarto. And all of my prices and info are on a Google Form that is linked below it. Simply fill out a form, and submit it. I will then invoice everyone on Wednesday, and add you to the queue. And then you just wait for your name to pop up in the queue top spot, which is when I will draw it! Simple!
Now, there are two things to keep in mind. First, there is a bit of a wait time. I get a lot of commissions through my Patreon Discord, but I tend to get through the list quickly enough. A rough estimate would be anywhere between 2 weeks to a month, depending on the commissions before you.
The second thing is that, if you are not in the stream, all I will do is sketch it out. I will then try to contact you to let you see it and get approval. It will then be worked on offline. This is so I can keep moving along with the stream.

I hope to see you all there!
Just in case anyone is curious, my Patreon has a Sketch Tier that's open right now! For $15 a month, you can get a single character sketch each month during a 6 month rotation! Also, you'll be part of a large, friendly community. Check the link below if you're interested!
